BIO: Randy Andre Milligan was born in 1961 in San Diego, CA and went to college at San Diego Mesa College. He played major league baseball from 1987 to 1994 as 1st baseman for the New York Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates, Baltimore Orioles, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians and the Montreal Expos.
