BIO: Luis Roberto Mercedes was born in 1968 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic and died in 2019 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He played major league baseball from 1991 to 1993 as outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles and the San Francisco Giants.
