BIO: Edward Francis Bressoud was born in 1932 in Los Angeles, CA. He played major league baseball from 1956 to 1967 as infielder for the New York Giants, San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox, New York Mets and the St. Louis Cardinals, appeared in the 1967 World Series, and was selected in 1964 as an All-Star. Bressoud, who went on to graduate from UCLA, managed the 1969 San Jose Bees in the California League in the California Angels organization before becoming a physical education teacher and the baseball coach at De Anza College in Cupertino, CA.
