BIO: Edward Terrance Kazak (born Edward Terrance Tkaczuk) was born in 1920 in Steubenville, OH and died in 1999 in Austin, TX. He played major league baseball from 1948 to 1952 as 3rd baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cincinnati Reds, and was selected in 1949 as an All-Star.
