BIO: Joshua Johnson was born in 1914 in Evergreen, AL and died in 1999 in Springfield, IL. He played major league baseball from 1937 to 1940 as catcher and outfielder for the Cincinnati Tigers, New York Black Yankees and the Homestead Grays.
