BIO: Michael Leroy Griffin was born in 1957 in Colusa, CA. He played major league baseball in as pitcher for the New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres, Baltimore Orioles and the Cincinnati Reds. After his playing career, Griffin has been a pitching coach in the Boston Red Sox (1999-2007) and Baltimore Orioles (2008-present) systems.
