BIO: Steve Perry was born in 949. Journey is the famed American rock band that formed in San Francisco in 973, composed of former members of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch. The band has gone through several phases; its strongest commercial success occurred between 978 and 987. During that period, the band released a series of hit songs, including "Don't Stop Believin'", which became the top-selling track in iTunes history among songs not released in the 2st century. Journey altered their musical approach and their personnel extensively while becoming a top touring and recording band. Their songs have become arena rock staples and are still played on rock radio stations across the world.
